● Live demo
This website
The site you are reading is itself the pitch: a portfolio platform that hosts eight working demo applications, each with its own database, plus an admin, an enquiry inbox and an automated test suite.

OP Photography
A complete portfolio and client-gallery platform for a working wedding photographer: public site, drag-and-drop admin, and passcode-protected proofing galleries with downloads and photo selection.
● Live demo
Asari
A live Minecraft server network at asari.gg: three game modes, custom Java plugins, a shared player database, a web store, and the deployment plumbing to ship updates without breaking a live service.
Asari Discord bot
A Discord bot that links players' Discord and Minecraft accounts, syncs in-game ranks to Discord roles, and carries moderation across both. It talks to the game through the database alone.
Photo Sequencer
A Windows desktop app for putting hundreds of photographs into exactly the right order. Drag thumbnails, move whole selections at once, export a ZIP with the order baked into the filenames.
Demonstrations
Built by me to show what the work looks like, not for a paying client. Each one is a complete application you can open and use on this site.

Marchant & Sons
A building contractor’s whole job in one system: a quote form that prices itself, an office that turns enquiries into priced quotes, and a client portal where the customer follows their own build and approves the changes that alter the price.
● Live demo
Fenwick Plant Hire
A plant hire yard with genuine fleet availability across date ranges, hire-rate pricing that matches how yards actually charge, and a yard office running contracts from booked to back on the yard.
● Live demo
Ember & Oak
A complete e-commerce shop: catalogue with live stock, basket, discount codes, delivery rules, a card checkout and order tracking, plus a shop-keeper admin with dispatch board, stock control and takings.
● Live demo
The Copper Kettle
A village cafe website with table bookings behind it. Requests land in an inbox the owner works through, and the menu is edited on the site itself.
● Live demo
The Flour House
An order-ahead bakery: browse the counter, build a basket, pick a collection slot, and get an order code. The baker works orders across a board from accepted to collected.
● Live demo
Kingsway Barbers
An appointment system with real availability. Free slots are computed from opening hours, service length and every existing booking, so a taken slot vanishes for the next visitor immediately.
● Live demo
Brightbill
A small-business invoicing app: clients, line items, VAT, a dashboard that adds up from the real data, and a clean printable invoice.

Snip
A link shortener with honest analytics: custom codes, per-day click charts, referrer breakdowns and a JSON API. A complete little product in one small codebase.
